02. ITEM CONDITION
At The Slog, we stand by the endurance of our gear. If you change your mind, items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is mandatory.
Items must be free from sweat marks, odour, hair, or any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these hygiene and condition standards. For Australian consumers, this policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
03. START A RETURN
To start a return, contact us through our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
04. REFUND METHOD
Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
